America's violent crime rate is rising at an exponential rate. Our suburbs are suddenly wrought with crime that did not exist before many of the most recent changes in legislation, and the general malaise of the Biden administration. From a federal level, we must support our law enforcement, and provide them with the right environment to work under, the proper training, and equipment necessary to do their jobs effectively. I believe in a tough-on-crime, restorative justice approach. Repeat criminals must be prosecuted and held to strict, mandatory sentencing and bonds in place. Restorative justice should be provided to others that are non-violent first time offenders. Our borders must be secure to prevent illegal Fentanyl and other deadly drugs that are making their way into our district and poisoning and killing our citizens at an alarming rate. I am the only candidate that has visited our Southern border, and met with Border Patrol to support their efforts and discuss how this problem is deeply affecting Illinois District 11. I will lead the charge to close the border and  to uphold our immigration laws. Federally, I will make it my mission to ensure that our legislative branch of government is working on behalf of the American people, and not for political gain or special interest. And we will keep the good citizens of this country protected, and the criminals prosecuted.
